What I Offer:
The maximum amount of exposure for your home at a drastically discounted cost. This service comes with what you would expect with two progressive differences. We pay a full 3% commission to buyers agents. Paying a buyers agent what their worth retains the aggressiveness it takes to show and sell your home FIRST. How many times have you heard friends of yours say "I expected better advertising from my agent". My clients have control of where, when and how they want their home advertised on paper. You choose anywhere from a block to a whole page in The Original Homes Magazine and/or a multitude of options in The Courier-Journal. NOTE: Print advertising over $50 month is prepaid by you. You decide the venue, size and run time!
